The ReCrewables Portal is an invitation-only talent pool for experienced CTV crew. We match members to short-term, urgent placements with vetted operators — paid above standard industry rates.
Membership is by invitation and admin approval. Request an invitation and, if your experience fits, we'll send you a link to create your account.
Five reasons the best CTV crew choose to be on the pool — and stay on it.
Operators come to the Portal when they need to fill a position quickly with someone who can step on board and perform. They pay above standard CTV rates for that — and you keep the difference.
The Portal is built around your existing schedule. Block out the dates you're on rotation in your availability calendar, and we only match you to short-term jobs that fit between your contracts — not on top of them.
Every offer is yours to accept, counter or decline. Nothing is confirmed until you say yes.
STCW, GWO, ENG1 and any other tickets you hold, tracked with issue and expiry dates so you can see what needs renewing before it costs you work.
Every member is invited, vetted by our team, and verified against at least three years of CTV experience in rank. That's why operators trust the pool — and why your place on it stays valuable.
The Portal is exclusive by design. Here is what the route in looks like.
Request an invitation or get referred by a member, then create your account with email or Google.
Tell us your experience, rank, and who referred you.
Admin review, usually with a remote or in-person interview.
Upload your certificates, set your availability, and get matched to jobs from vetted operators.
The Portal is for CTV crew with at least three years of documented experience in their current rank. That includes Masters, Mates, Engineers and Deckhands with the right tickets.
If you have the experience and you want premium-paid ad-hoc work between rotations, get a referral and apply. If you don't know anyone on the pool yet, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Operators pay for access to the pool. You never do.
Manage your profile, certs, availability and matched jobs from anywhere.
Approved operators see a short profile card. Your certificates are only shared after you accept an offer.
Members can send referral invites to experienced crew they have worked with.
No. The Portal is designed for ad-hoc work in your off-rotation, and you choose which offers to accept. Note that your profile card is visible to all approved operators on the Portal, so it is not hidden from your current employer if they are one.
Request an invitation through our contact form. If your background fits the standard, we can invite you directly.
Three years of documented CTV experience in the rank you'd be working at. If you're applying as a Master, that's three years as a Master on CTVs.
Above standard industry rates. Rates are set per job, and you can accept, counter or decline every offer.
Approved operators can see your profile card (name, rank, years of experience, nationality and bio) so we can match you to work. Your certificates and documents are only shared with an operator after you accept their offer. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
